Cara-cara (Instructions)

  1. Campurkan tepung ubi kayu, tepung beras, air, dan secubit garam. Kacau sehingga rata dan tidak berketul.

  2. Panaskan minyak yang agak banyak dalam kuali leper. Tuangkan bancuhan tepung tadi ke seluruh permukaan kuali.

  3. Apabila tepung mula nampak jernih dan garing di tepinya, pecahkan telur di atasnya dan ratakan.

  4. Tolak sedikit telur ke tepi, masukkan sedikit minyak lagi dan tumis bawang putih sehingga wangi.

  5. Masukkan tiram segar. Masak tiram dengan cepat (sekitar 1-2 minit sahaja) supaya ia kekal lembut dan tidak kecut.
