Hidangan untuk (Servings): 2 – 3 orang (people)
Bahan-bahan (Ingredients):
- Telur (Eggs): 2 biji – dibuat telur dadar dan dipotong (2 eggs – made into an omelette and sliced)
- Tofu Lembut (Soft Tofu): 1 tiub – dipotong kiub (1 tube or 1 block – cubed)
- Aromatik (Aromatics):
- 3 ulas bawang merah kecil – dihiris (3 small shallots – sliced)
- 2 ulas bawang putih – dihiris (2 cloves garlic – sliced)
- 1 sudu kecil udang kering atau ikan bilis – ditumbuk kasar (1 teaspoon dried shrimp or anchovies – coarsely pounded)
- Bahan Taburan (Garnish):
- Bawang goreng secukupnya (fried shallots)
- 1 biji cili merah – dihiris (1 red chili – sliced)
- Sedikit daun sup & daun bawang (A little celery leaves & spring onions)
- Cecair (Liquid): 3 – 4 cawan air (3 – 4 cups water)
- Perasa (Seasoning): Garam dan lada suluh secukup rasa (Salt and white pepper to taste)
Cara-cara (Instructions):
- Sediakan Telur (Prepare Omelette): Goreng telur dadar kosong, kemudian potong kepada 4 atau 6 bahagian. Ketepikan (Fry a plain omelette, then cut into 4 or 6 pieces. Set aside).
- Tumis (Sauté): Tumis bawang merah kecil, bawang putih, dan udang kering sehingga wangi (Sauté small shallots, garlic, and dried shrimp until fragrant).
- Masukkan Air (Add Water): Tuangkan air dan biarkan mendidih (Pour in the water and bring to a boil).
- Satukan (Combine): Masukkan tofu lembut dan potongan telur dadar. Perasakan dengan garam dan lada suluh (Add the soft tofu and sliced omelette. Season with salt and white pepper).
- Hidang (Serve): Taburkan bawang goreng dan hirisan cili merah ke dalam periuk. (Sprinkle fried shallots and sliced red chili into the pot).
- Hidang (Serve): Taburkan daun sup/daun bawang dan hidangkan panas-panas (Sprinkle celery leaves/spring onions and serve hot).
Tips Tokma (Tokma’s Tips):
- Aroma Bawang Goreng: Menambah bawang goreng terus ke dalam kuah sup memberikan rasa yang lebih “kick” dan aroma yang sangat membangkitkan selera (Adding fried shallots directly into the soup broth provides a more robust taste and an appetizing aroma).
- Seri Hidangan: Hirisan cili merah bukan sahaja memberi sedikit rasa pedas, malah ia mencantikkan persembahan sup yang berwarna jernih itu (Sliced red chili not only adds a hint of heat but also brightens up the presentation of the clear soup).
