(Crispy Banana Cheese & Chocolate Recipe – Extra Crunchy & Loaded)

Bahan-Bahan: (Ingredients)
- 1 sisir Pisang Abu atau Pisang Nipah (ranum secukupnya)
(1 bunch of Abu or Nipah Bananas – Ripe) - 1 cawan Tepung Beras (Asas rangup)
(1 cups Rice Flour – For crunch) - 1/4 cawan Tepung Gandum
(1/4 cup All-purpose Flour) - 1/4 cawan Tepung Jagung
- (1/4 cup Corn Flour)
- 1 sudu kecil Air Kapur & Secubit Garam
(1 tsp Lime Water & a pinch of Salt) - 1 biji Telur (Untuk warna kuning cantik)
(1 Egg – For a beautiful golden color) - Sedikit Serbuk Kunyit & Air Sejuk secukupnya
(A bit of Turmeric Powder & Cold Water as needed) - Bahan Topping: Keju Cheddar (diparut), Coklat Rice atau Sos Coklat, & Susu Pekat.
(Toppings: Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Chocolate Rice or Sauce, & Condensed Milk.)
Cara Penyediaan: (Instructions)
- Bancuh Tepung: Campurkan tepung beras, tepung gandum, tepung jagung, garam, kunyit, telur, dan air kapur. Masukkan air sejuk sedikit demi sedikit sehingga bancuhan sederhana pekat.
(Mix the Batter: Combine rice flour, all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, turmeric, egg, and lime water. Gradually add cold water until the batter is medium-thick.) - Sediakan Pisang: Kupas pisang dan belah dua (jangan putus) atau biarkan sebiji-sebiji mengikut citarasa.
(Prepare Bananas: Peel the bananas and slice in half (butterfly cut) or leave whole according to preference.) - Goreng Garing: Panaskan minyak yang banyak. Celup pisang dalam adunan dan goreng sehingga kuning keemasan. Pastikan api tidak terlalu kuat supaya tidak cepat hangus.
(Fry until Crispy: Heat plenty of oil. Dip bananas in the batter and fry until golden brown. Ensure heat isn’t too high to prevent burning.) - Hiasan (Topping): Susun pisang di atas pinggan. Semasa masih panas, parutkan keju cheddar dengan banyak, taburkan coklat rice, dan diakhiri dengan sedikit susu pekat.
(Garnish: Arrange bananas on a plate. While still hot, generously grate cheddar cheese, sprinkle chocolate rice, and finish with a drizzle of condensed milk.)
Tips:
Untuk hasil yang lebih “Luxury”, gunakan campuran Coklat Ganache (coklat masakan yang dicairkan) berbanding coklat rice biasa untuk rasa yang lebih premium.
(For a more “Luxurious” result, use Chocolate Ganache (melted cooking chocolate) instead of regular chocolate rice for a premium taste.)
Goreng sekali lalu “serdak” tepung yang berlebihan dalam kuali dan taburkan di atas pisang untuk ekstra kerangupan.
