Bahan Ayam Goreng Berempah: (Spiced Fried Chicken Ingredients)
- 1 ekor Ayam (Dipotong 12)
(1 Whole Chicken (Cut into 12 pieces)) - 4 sudu besar Tepung Jagung
(4 tbsp Cornstarch) - 2 sudu besar Tepung Beras
(2 tbsp Rice Flour) - Bahan Kisar Perap: 5 batang serai, 2 inci halia, 2 inci kunyit hidup, 5 ulas bawang putih, 2 sudu besar biji ketumbar, 1 sudu besar jintan manis.
