Bahan Bakso Ayam: (Chicken Meatball Ingredients)

  • 500g Isi Ayam (Dikisar halus)
    (500g Minced Chicken (Finely ground))
  • 1/2 cawan Tepung Sagu atau Tepung Ubi
    (1/2 cup Sago Flour or Tapioca Flour)
  • 1 biji Putih Telur
    (1 Egg White)
  • 2 ulas Bawang Putih (Dihaluskan)
    (2 cloves Garlic (Mashed))
  • Garam, gula, dan serbuk lada putih secukup rasa
    (Salt, sugar, and white pepper to taste)

Bahan Kuah Sup: (Soup Broth Ingredients)

  • 1 liter Air Rebusan Ayam
    (1 liter Chicken Stock)
  • 2 ulas Bawang Putih (Diketik)
    (2 cloves Garlic (Bruised))
  • 1 batang Daun Sup & Daun Bawang
    (1 stalk Celery Leaf & Spring Onion)
  • Rempah 4 Sekawan (Kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga, bunga cengkih)
    (Whole Spices (Cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves))

Cara Penyediaan: (Instructions)

Buat Bakso: Campurkan isi ayam, tepung, putih telur, bawang putih, dan perasa. Gaul rata dan bentuk menjadi bebola kecil. Masukkan ke dalam air mendidih sehingga bebola timbul (tanda sudah masak). Angkat dan toskan.
(Make Meatballs: Mix chicken, flour, egg white, garlic, and seasoning. Form into small balls. Place in boiling water until they float (cooked). Remove and drain.)

Sediakan Sup: Tumis rempah 4 sekawan dan bawang putih sehingga harum. Masukkan air rebusan ayam dan biarkan mendidih. Perasakan dengan garam dan lada putih.
