Sos Daging (Beef Sauce):
- 500g Daging Kisar (500g Ground Beef)
- 1 botol Sos Pasta (Tomato/Bolognese) (1 bottle Pasta Sauce)
- 1 biji Bawang Besar (Didadu) (1 Large Onion (Diced))
- 2 ulas Bawang Putih (Dicincang) (2 cloves Garlic (Minced))
- 1 tin Cendawan Butang (Dihiris) (1 can Button Mushrooms (Sliced))
- Garam, gula, dan serbuk lada hitam secukup rasa (Salt, sugar, and black pepper to taste)
Lapisan Bayam & Sos Putih (Spinach & White Sauce):
- 200g Bayam Segar (Dicuci dan dicincang kasar) (200g Fresh Spinach (Washed and roughly chopped))
- 3 sudu besar Mentega (3 tbsp Butter)
- 3 sudu besar Tepung Gandum (3 tbsp All-purpose Flour)
- 500ml Susu Segar (500ml Fresh Milk)
Cara Penyediaan: (Instructions)
- Sediakan Sos Daging: Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang merah serta bawang putih sehingga harum. Masukkan daging kisar dan masak sehingga air daging kering. Masukkan sos pasta dan cendawan. Perasakan dengan garam, gula, dan lada hitam. Masak sehingga sos memekat sedikit.

Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.) - Masak Sos Putih & Bayam: Cairkan mentega dalam periuk kecil, masukkan tepung gandum dan kacau pantas. Tuangkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau supaya tidak berketul. Apabila sos mula memekat, masukkan bayam cincang dan masak sehingga bayam layu. Tutup api.

Letakkan kepingan lasagna, kemudian lapiskan dengan sos daging, sos putih bayam, dan taburan keju parut.
