(Fluffy Viral Doughnut Recipe – Soft as Clouds & Non-Greasy)

Lembut Macam Kapas & Tak Berminyak. Donat yang sempurna mestilah mempunyai ‘ring’ putih di tengahnya, tekstur yang sangat ringan, dan tidak kenyal seperti roti biasa.
(A perfect doughnut should have a white ‘ring’ in the middle, a very light texture, and not be as chewy as regular bread.)

    (Preparation Time: 20 minutes (Excluding proofing time))
  • Tempoh Memasak: 15 minit
    (Cooking Time: 15 minutes)
  • Hidangan: 5-6 orang (Kira-kira 20-25 biji)
    (Servings: 5-6 people (Approx. 20-25 pieces))

Bahan-Bahan: (Ingredients)

  • 500g Tepung Berprotein Tinggi (Tepung Roti)
    (500g High Protein Flour (Bread Flour))
  • 1 paket Yis Segera (11g)
    (1 packet Instant Yeast (11g))
  • 2 sudu besar Susu Pekat & 2 sudu besar Gula
    (2 tbsp Condensed Milk & 2 tbsp Sugar)
  • 1 biji Telur (Gred A)
    (1 Egg (Grade A))
  • 2 sudu besar Marjerin atau Mentega
    (2 tbsp Margarine or Butter)
  • 200ml-250ml Air Suam (Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit)
    (200ml-250ml Warm Water (Add gradually))
  • Secubit Garam
    (A pinch of Salt)

Cara Penyediaan: (Instructions)

  1. Aktifkan Yis: Campurkan yis, gula, dan susu pekat ke dalam air suam. Biar selama 5-10 minit sehingga berbuih.
    (Activate Yeast: Mix yeast, sugar, and condensed milk into warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.)
  2. Adunkan Doh: Dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan tepung, garam, dan telur. Tuangkan bancuhan yis tadi. Uli sehingga menjadi doh.
    (Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and egg. Pour in the yeast mixture. Knead into a dough.)
  3. Uli sehingga ‘Elastic’: Masukkan marjerin. Uli dengan kuat selama 10-15 minit (atau guna mixer) sehingga doh menjadi licin dan elastik.
    (Knead until Elastic: Add margarine. Knead vigorously for 10-15 minutes (or use a mixer) until the dough is smooth and elastic.)
  4. Peram (Proofing): Tutup doh dengan kain lembap. Biarkan ia kembang dua kali ganda (kira-kira 45 minit).
    (Proofing: Cover the dough with a damp cloth. Let it rise until doubled in size (about 45 minutes).)
  5. Bentuk & Goreng: Tumbuk doh untuk buang angin. Bentukkan bulat atau guna acuan donat. Peram lagi 15 minit sebelum digoreng dalam minyak panas (api sederhana) sehingga keemasan.
    (Shape & Fry: Punch the dough to release air. Shape into balls or use a doughnut cutter. Proof for another 15 minutes before frying in hot oil (medium heat) until golden.)

Tips:
Jangan terbalikkan donat berkali-kali semasa menggoreng. Cukup sekali sahaja supaya donat tidak menyerap minyak dan ‘ring’ putih di tengahnya terbentuk cantik.
(Do not flip the doughnuts multiple times while frying. Flip only once to prevent oil absorption and to ensure the white ‘ring’ forms beautifully.)

Sebelum dihidang, Salutkan donat dengan Gula Kastor yang dicampur sedikit Serbuk Kayu Manis atau celupkan dalam Coklat Ganache yang premium.
