  • Gula melaka, garam, dan air asam jawa secukup rasa
    (Palm sugar, salt, and tamarind juice to taste)
  • Air secukupnya
    (Water as needed)

Cara-cara (Instructions)

  1. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, serai, dan cili giling sehingga pecah minyak.
    (Heat some oil and sauté shallots, garlic, lemongrass, and chili paste until the oil separates.)
  2. Masukkan kacang tanah yang telah dikisar kasar tadi dan gaul rata.
    (Add the coarsely blended peanuts and mix well.)
  3. Tuangkan air dan biarkan mereneh dengan api perlahan sehingga mencapai kepekatan yang diingini.
    (Pour in water and let it simmer on low heat until it reaches the desired thickness.)
  4. Masukkan gula melaka, air asam jawa, dan garam. Kacau sehingga kuah sedikit berminyak.

  5. Tutup api dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
