Hidangan untuk (Servings): 4 – 5 orang (people)

Bahan-bahan (Ingredients):

  • 2 cawan beras Siam (2 cups Siamese rice)
  • 3 cawan air (3 cups water)
  • 1 sudu kecil garam – jika suka (1 teaspoon salt – optional)

Cara-cara (Instructions):

  1. Basuh Beras (Wash Rice): Basuh beras dengan menggunakan penapis hingga air tidak lagi keruh (Wash the rice using a strainer until the water is no longer cloudy).
  2. Sediakan Periuk (Prepare Pot): Letak beras dalam periuk elektrik (Place the rice into the electric rice cooker).
  3. Masukkan Air (Add Water): Masukkan air ke dalam periuk (Add water into the pot).
  4. Tambah Garam (Add Salt): Masukkan satu sudu kecil garam jika suka (Add one teaspoon of salt if desired).
  5. Masak (Cook): Masak sehingga kering (Cook until the water is fully absorbed).
  6. Gembur & Hidang (Fluff & Serve): Gemburkan nasi dan hidang panas dengan lauk-pauk (Fluff the rice and serve hot with side dishes).
