Resipi Pulut Tanak Mudah (Simple Steamed Glutinous Rice Recipe)

Bahan-bahan (Ingredients):

  • 2 cawan beras pulut (2 cups glutinous rice)
  • 2 cawan air (2 cups water)
  • 1 sudu kecil garam (1 teaspoon salt)
  • 2 helai daun pandan – disimpul (2 pandan leaves – knotted)

Cara-cara (Instructions):

  1. Basuh Beras (Wash Rice): Basuh beras pulut dengan menggunakan penapis hingga air tidak lagi keruh (Wash the glutinous rice using a strainer until the water is no longer cloudy).
  2. Sediakan Periuk (Prepare Pot): Letak beras pulut dalam periuk elektrik (Place the glutinous rice into the electric rice cooker).
  3. Masukkan Air (Add Water): Masukkan air ke dalam periuk (Add water into the pot).
  4. Tambah Perasa (Add Seasoning): Masukkan satu sudu kecil garam (Add one teaspoon of salt).
  5. Tambah Aroma (Add Aromatics): Masukkan daun pandan untuk bau yang harum (Add pandan leaves for a fragrant aroma).
  6. Masak (Cook): Masak sehingga kering (Cook until the water is fully absorbed).
  7. Gembur & Hidang (Fluff & Serve): Gemburkan pulut dan hidang panas dengan kelapa parut atau serunding (Fluff the glutinous rice and serve hot with shredded coconut or meat floss).

Tips Tambahan (Extra Tips):

  • Jumlah air bergantung kepada jenis pulut, boleh tambah air jika perlu (The amount of water depends on the type of glutinous rice; you may add more water if necessary).
  • Jika ingin pulut yang lemak, boleh tambah beberapa sudu besar santan pekat (If you want a richer taste, you can add a few tablespoons of thick coconut milk).
