Nasi Goreng Daging ala Thai yang sempurna mestilah mempunyai butiran nasi yang berderai (tidak lembek), daging yang diperap empuk, dan aroma daun ketumbar serta sos ikan yang membangkitkan selera.

  • 3 cawan Nasi Putih (Gunakan nasi sejuk/semalam untuk hasil terbaik)

  • 200g Daging Lembu (Dihiris nipis melawan urat)
    (200g Beef (Thinly sliced against the grain))
  • 2 biji Telur
    (2 Eggs)
  • 3 ulas Bawang Putih (Dikisar kasar/ketuk)
    (3 cloves Garlic (Coarsely minced/pounded))
  • 5-10 biji Cili Padi (Dikisar/ketuk mengikut kepedasan)
    (5-10 Bird’s Eye Chilies (Pounded according to spice preference))
  • 1/2 biji Bawang Besar (Dihiris)
    (1/2 Onion (Sliced))
  • 1 batang Serai (Dihiris halus – Opsyenal untuk aroma)
    (1 stalk Lemongrass (Thinly sliced – Optional for aroma))
  • 2 sudu besar Sos Tiram
    (2 tbsp Oyster Sauce)
  • 1 sudu besar Sos Ikan (Rahsia rasa Thai yang asli)
    (1 tbsp Fish Sauce (The secret to authentic Thai flavor))
  • 1 sudu kecil Kicap Pekat (Untuk warna yang cantik)
    (1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce (For a rich color))
  • Sedikit Gula & Serbuk Lada Putih
    (A pinch of Sugar & White Pepper)
  • Sayuran: Karot, Kacang Panjang, atau Brokoli
    (Vegetables: Carrot, Long Beans, or Broccoli)
  • Daun Ketumbar (Dihiris untuk hiasan)

Cara Penyediaan: (Instructions)

  1. Perap Daging: Perap daging dengan sedikit sos tiram dan lada putih selama 10 minit supaya daging rasa lebih “juicy” dan lembut.
    (1. Marinate Beef: Marinate the beef with a bit of oyster sauce and white pepper for 10 minutes to keep it juicy and tender.)
  2. Tumis Bahan: Panaskan minyak dalam kuali (wajan). Tumis bawang putih dan cili padi sehingga naik bau dan garing.
    (2. Sauté Ingredients: Heat oil in a wok. Sauté garlic and bird’s eye chilies until fragrant and crispy.)
  3. Goreng Daging: Masukkan daging yang telah diperap. Goreng dengan api besar sehingga daging masak dan sedikit “charred” (garing di tepi).
    (3. Fry Beef: Add the marinated beef. Stir-fry over high heat until the beef is cooked and slightly charred on the edges.)
  4. Masak Telur: Tolak daging ke tepi kuali, pecahkan telur dan biarkan ia sedikit mengeras sebelum dikacau hancur bersama daging.
